While some injuries are merely bumps in the road taking no longer than a few weeks to heal, others are more like potholes, requiring a longer healing period and a more comprehensive treatment or management plan.

Types of Joint Injuries

There are a wide range of joint injuries and conditions, many of which can cause discomfort, swelling, decreased range of motion, stiffness, and weakness in the affected areas. Common joint injuries and conditions include:

  • Dislocations (i.e., shoulder, hip)
  • Arthritis
  • Runner’s knee
  • Sprains (i.e., ankle, wrist)

Consider a Customized Recovery Program
